POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
The pool hours are:
Memorial Day- Labor Day
Monday-Thursday 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Friday-Sunday 10:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.

NO POOL PASS. NO POOL USE. A VALID PASS MUST BE SHOWN TO THE POOL MONITOR UPON REQUEST.

Only SIX (6) persons per unit, including children are permitted. Guests must be accompanied by residents.

NO CHILDREN under the age of 14 allowed in pool area without adult supervision. Adults must be at least 18 years of age.

Children (non-swimmers) must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times in both pools. An adult swimmer must be within arm’s reach of children in the water at all times.

Children (swimmers) must remain where the water depth is not more than shoulder level when flat footed unless accompanied by an adult in the water.

The Pool Monitor has discretion to evacuate the pool at all times including maintenance, overcrowding, adult swim time, etc.

NO DIVING, jumping or horseplay is allowed in the pool.

Floats, rafts or any type of pool toys are prohibited.

No glass or ceramic containers nor sharp objects are allowed in pool area.

No food or beverages in the pool.

All residents and their guests must shower before entering the pool. Swimmers with open wounds or communicable diseases are NOT allowed.

Loud radios, yelling, etc., should be kept to a minimum for the respect of all persons at the pool.

All personal belongings must be removed from the pool area when you leave. Trash receptacles on site.

No person impaired by drugs or alcohol is permitted in the pool area.

Any diapers must be the waterproof type.

NO SMOKING within the pool fenced area
Annual Meeting
The 2018 annual meeting will be held on:
Thursday, May 17th at 7:00 PM
at the Cascades Clubhouse.
All residents are encouraged to attend this meeting for all the latest updates and happenings at the Cascades Condos.
Roof Replacement Building 4
Work is expected to start on:
May 3rd and to be completed by May 18th, weather permitting.
Building 4 residents are reminded to remove their vehicles from the building front parking spaces by 7 am on May 3rd.
Decks should be cleared of personal property to avoid damage during the project.
A notice will be forwarded to residents before the project begins.
